Anyone here fish the Harris Chain?

Featured Replies

I live two blocks from the Eustis City boat ramp.  Any retirees out there looking for a fishing buddy?   You don't need to be an expert bass fishermen.  All you need is time and the desire to catch fish.  I only fish on week days.  I have my own boat.   I fish alone, but I should be fishing with someone.   Thanks!

Phil, I’d love to fish the Harris Chain with you. I fished it some back in the 80’s but only been once since then.
I’m semi retired, live in Debary and only fish weekdays. I’ll message you my contact info.
Thanks for the offer.

if I retire soon I'm gonna take you up on that offer. I love the Harris Chain.

I try to fish at least 1-2 days each week.  I don't stay out all day like I did when I was younger.  I no longer fish tournaments.  The Chain has changed a lot in the past 40 years.  It's better now than it's been in a long time.  I hate fishing on the weekends.  Since Covid, the boat ramps are always full.  I have enough spots that I can most always catch a few fish.  If you're going to be in the area, you can email or call me.  My contact information is on my website at www.lakecountybass.com

I’m doing a road trip in November. Hauling the boat and hitting famous lakes including the Harris Chain. I will keep this in mind when I get there if you’re still looking for a partner for a day.

Capt. Phil is who you need to get in touch with..........

Capt. Phil is who I was talking to.

Cbump you have my number.
Give me a text or call when you head this way.
No where close to knowledgeable about the Harris chain like Phil but I do know Stick Marsh and a few others.

Will do!

I spend the winter near Inverness and would like to fish with you.  I usually fish the Withlacoochee, Rainbow Rivers, Lakes Hernando, Henderson, Rousseau and Panasoffkee.

Definitely shoot you a message next time my crew is down.  We fished it last weekend (wind was AWFUL Saturday).  Hit Dora (my favorite) but spots out of wind were littered.  Got on some nice ones in Beauclair and Carlton
