@A-Jay I've been wanting to try a popmax for awhile now, just been putting off buying one. But that Midnight bone is absolutely perfect color. 

 

Of course only one I could find was 32$ on ebay. But it's on the way nonetheless. So a sincere thank you for posting that sir.

You're welcome and I agree that color/pattern does look pretty sweet.

But don't sleep on that yellow perch flavor either now.

You must cast a pop max a mile on that long spinning rod. They cast like a bullet.

Get the bait AWAY from the boat - 

Like in another time zone away.

Full size Walking baits have actual hang time.

But they get bites.

Even directly into the wind.

No doubt, could have counted Mississippi’s on that cast. How far away do you try to set up from you’re target. Or is it a big flat with those small schools of perch. You’re always mentioning.

But it's usually better to start 'too far away' than too close.
