The perfect gift!

I bought my grandson Ian an erector set.  His mechanical aptitude at ten years old is amazing. The set has 18 working options that are motorized. Watching him apply the schematics and diagrams and assemble the model makes me very proud of him. With a bit more practice he’ll be ready to service my reels.

Do they still come with the little screws and nuts?

Haha….
Heck, couple more years he can wash and service your boat and cut the grass too.

My "almost 2 year old" has mastered tearing things apart,

but we are having issues putting things back together.

Oh ya.  Gears, drive belts, pulleys and more. It’s a nice set up.

I’ll have to try and remember this for my GS’s next bday, it’s something we enjoyed as kids and he would too. We’re about out of Lego sets we can get him.
