So in the never ending quest to find tasty cheap whiskey I came across the as. Made in the buffalo trace distillery...there's 6 different variations in the line up. Has anybody tried any of these offerings ? If so what did you think? Which one do you prefer?

I’ve been there many times but don’t recall Benchmark

just looked it up, pretty cool. I do remember the barrels on the top floor age differently because it’s way warmer up there.

I've had Benchmark No. 8, and it's a mixer for me. I'd rather pony up $5 more for either Evan Williams BiB or Wild Turkey 101 for a budget friendly all around pour.

The good stuff is pretty cheap direct from buffalo trace but you have to travel to Kentucky and they only sell you one bottle of one kind from a rotation per day

The Ditch Panda, I recommend you try Benchmark Full Proof. I enjoyed the bottle I had. Stretched it out to about 20 days. Now I’m trying a Texan bourbon so I can try and further indoctrinate myself in Texanology. The bourbon is okay. 7/10. The Texas is great. 10/10
