Which one?

7 M Ugly Stik Inshore lite spinning rod with a lews G2 spinning reel.  Its my favorite beater rod.  Its tough as nails but transmits bites really well.  Really stiff 3/4 of the rod with a whippy tip.  So the bites feel like "badummmmmm"

Shimano Expride 6'10" MH/F

Shimano SLX XT (LH) 7.2:1

I bought this rod specifically for my one rod, one reel bank beating trips. Previously it was a Dobyns Champion XP 684C.

If I had to grab one rod setup it would be my Star Rod, plasma inshore series mated to a Stella XG4000 spinning reel. I've used this setup to catch bass in every conceivable way possible. I've also landed 100lb poons on it lol. So it's certainly capable in any way, shape or form.

6’11 M+ poison adrena w/ 30lb braid to 16lb floro. From 3/16-1.25oz both single hook and trebles I’d feel comfortable enough. Doesn’t hurt that I also caught my biggest bass on this set up.

clarification.  one rod we already have?  or we can only have one rod forever, so spend accordingly?
