I actually had a good time. The guys circled the wagons.  Food was great, and I’m a cornhole natural. ( cornjoke is a yard game)

I’m glad you had a good time. I’ve never been to a baby shower or bridal shower but had my arm twisted to go to events that I had no desire to go to. The other dudes there have been decent guys. Some fish, some hunt, some golf. It’s all good. 
The party didn’t start at 6:00 in the AM. I would have gotten in a few hours of fishing in. Been home before noon. I’ve had to make that clear a few times over the years. Just those few hours makes that party less miserable. 

oh, i got permission to shoot at their turkey population.  

 

just about the best spot for a California Airgun turkey hunt.   hahaha..

Never been to a baby shower but did attend a gender reveal party in WV last month. Lol

The Dad shot a .308 into 10lbs of tannerite and there was this huge blue explosion ?.......a boy I gathered.

 

Must admit though, I've changed over thousand diapers early in life.
