Hi all, does anyone fish this rod or if not know what it would be best used for? It’s 7’2” medium power, moderate action. I can get one at a really good price, just wondering if it has a specific use.

I have the casting version, they are great for crankbaits. I would think the spinning would certainly be also, especially the smaller baits, or light baits,like a shad rap.

Treble hooks, both topwater and crankbaits.

I have the casting version of this rod and it's been great so far. I would only use it for crankbaits and like RW mentioned, some topwater. 

Mine likes a large-frame reel, and it's definitely a square-bill rod.
