Replaced and upgraded my Tracker seats.  Seats were very damaged when i bought the boat, with the foam being exposed.  After a lengthy backorder the seats finally came in and I couldnt be more happy with the end results.

Duct taping and saving them is something my old man would do.  Getting rid of them is something I would do.

 

I didn't watch the video but the photos appear to indicate a job well done.

nice! where did you get them and hows the quality feel? I need to replace the seats in my 2013 175 for the exact reason. Material is good but all the thread ripped.

They had a decent selection.  It took about 2 months to get them in due to back order issues but they worked with me well and sent me a $100 casting seat for free.  They are comfortable but will need to be broken in.  Took them out yesterday and road well on some slightly rough water.  I am happy with the purchase for sure.

Absolutely.  At least once a week to make sure the "groove" is perfect

You think you are an old man at "40"!  All I can say is you have a hellavalot to learn about really getting to be an "Old Man".  I didn't even consider myself getting old until my mid 60's but now my old body is paying me back for the hell I've put it through, "Big Time".

Did the center seat still have the cup holders?

 

They look great but for me, I wouldn’t have them.  Summer sun here in Georgia is going to make that black feel like you’re sitting down in a frying pan after you have been out of one for a while 

I stripped my carpet and seats 5 years ago and used the same company you did.Same colors scarlet and charcoal gray. They look and ride great and just fine for fishing in Ga and South Carolina.mine are holding up nicely in the heat.as with any seat if you’re going to fish when the heat is unbearable put a towel down .you made a good choice.

The color helps if you're trying to avoid a hot seat. Mine are mostly lighter gray in color so they reflect sunlight instead of absorbing it.  Same with the flooring.

 

It's like wearing a dark shirt on a sunny day as opposed to a lighter colored one.
