We bought a streaming box and now get hundreds of channels with no cable bill. Win, Win! 1 Quote

To get the channels I actually want to watch along with local channels, I have to pay. Quote

To get the channels I actually want to watch along with local channels, I have to pay. We bought a Veesee streaming box ($300) a couple years ago. We have a wireless modem for our home internet ($40. monthly T-mobile). You plug the box into the power outlet and tv, connect wirelessly to the internet and enjoy, paying no streaming service. So we paid a onetime fee for the V3 Veesee box and a monthly internet connection fee for the modem (tv, laptops, phones, etc.) and it’s great not paying Xfinity every month. We did buy through a local “dealer” for a discounted cost who downloaded the programs before we got it. That helped with the setup but not a big deal to do otherwise. Quote
