I apologize to the person I drew because even though I ordered the goods the day after the names were distributed, I received the last item I will be shipping today. So, unfortunately it won't be arriving to the recipient until the day after Christmas (12/26).

No worries, I lapsed by a couple days on the names so ultimately I'll be to blame. 

I am humbled. My “secret angler” for Fishmas was Dogbone_384. First off, I ordered everything from TW and included a “Happy Fishmas” note, but forgot to add it was from me lol. D’oh! I thought I did well but this was over the top. 
 

First, every individual bait/lure was gift-wrapped. Looks like a guy wrapped it, too lol. I say that as my wrapping skills are ok but my wife’s are professional. So it had a real personal touch. I got a  6” Swerve XPS glide bait in matte shad (my first glide bait), two jerkbaits- a Rapala 110 in matte shad and a Berkley Stunna in Tennessee shad, a pack of Zoom 7” Mag Super Flukes in smokin’ shad (sensing a color palette here lol), a pack of 5.5” Yamamoto Swim Senkos in natural shad, a pack of Yamamoto Cowboy creature baits in baby bass, a bottle of Argent Reel Butter reel oil, and a 100m (109 yd.) spool of Seaguar R18 fluorocarbon line in 10 lb. test (also a first).  All I can say is…WOW!!! Thank you, sir!

These are all getting a workout. Really high quality custom baits right here. And, as soon as I saw those hooks. . . . "Oh, I know exactly what to do with these. I have been keeping an eye out for an alternative to the Owner Jungle Wacky Weedless hooks.

Yes, I sure did.  I might have done better with a bourbon or two in me, but not before noon.

 

I got my Fishmas package, thank you very much.  It'll be a while before I put it to use, but first thing when it thaws.

Got my goods yesterday from Tom. I’ve been needing some new mono so that’s a win! I haven’t fished black label ever, so that’s a win as well. Finally, 2 hand tied baits by Tom, so that an extra BIG win!!

No pic but the wife got me a Cashion Icon. Thinking I will put a Shimano Curado MGL 200m on it.
