Can Anyone give me some information on a new line of rod called a carrot stick. I've seen briefly where some of the resin of the blank is made from actual carrots. I saw where Boyd Duckett mentioned them in an article.

Any info./web site would be appreciated.

I think he may have been talking about the Boyd Duckett series. You guys are gonna keep talking about this and stirring my curiosity on these rods and I'm gonna end up getting one. The more I look at it, the better I like it. God, does it ever end? :-/

I can do that with my clarus rod BUT i can tell if its empty or full bud light is nasty so i feel a lot of them as opposed to my fav coors light empties

coors and bud are for people who don't like beer.that's why they are on the bottom.the sam adams stays up top.

If the rod sucks, I'l use it in a salad.  

This rod has my attention but I want to here how it performs.  Hype and color and whatever else they think of is worthless, unless the rod can be sensitive and pull out some big fish.

I may be wrong on this but...

In math a parabola is the U shaped graph caused by a quadratic equation...

So Im guessing that this would transfer into the rod world as being a rod that flexes throough more of the blank that a normal fast or x-fast taper...in feweer words I think it just means a moderate action, softer for treble hook baits...
