We are throwing a little party here at the house. Family and friends are coming over and we are shooting pool, throwing darts and snacking on finger foods. Just having a good ol' time!

We are having a game night here at our home.  We do it every year.  Our christmas gift to our friends.  Everyone be safe please.

Fishing this afternoon with Gidget, then headed over to some friends' home and celebrating in the new year.

 Having a quiet dinner at friend's home with several couples. We've all been close for probably 20 years. My my how things change when you get older. Why, I can remember back in ought and.... ;D

Going to babysit the grandson so my daughter and her husband can go to a movie to get his mind off the drubbing that Florida State is probably going to get from Kentucky this afternoon.

We're doing the Grandma and PaPa thing tonight. Our kids and their spouses are going out to dinner and then back to one of their houses for a "Guitar Hero Fest" and some other games.

I think I'm gonna crash here in a little while.  I have been awake for two days straight.  Usually when that happens, I crash hard.

Taking it easy this year. Chinese food is the highlight of my night. But I'am fine with that  

friends coming over for grande mud bugs.  (Baked, stuffed Lobsters)

The wife is from Chili so I HAVE to go to Chilian Organization Club and I don't speak or understand a bit of Spanish.. Fun Fun Fun.  I have the PSP charged up though.

First dinner with my folks, then my freinds and I usually start the evening off at a buddy's here in SE WI, a few miles from Miller Park. After ringing in the New Year's, we taxi cab it over to the East side of Brew Town. LOTS of bars in a few block walk. The bars stay open all night, so we stay out till the wee hours and taxi it back to my bud's.

This year my brother and I have matching full black tux's, with tails, tophats, black canes with white tips, black handlebar mustaches, and monocles. We're going to look like the guy from the Monopoly game. LOL. ;D

The only thing that bums me out, is the Wisconsin game is on very very early.

I have to lose some weight.

I am going to lose some weight by not eating so much today or tomorrow and just stay home and enjoy the football games.

Wife had back surgery so we are not going out nor have any friends over as we have in past years.

Just keep it quiet and simple and enjoy the games.

Taking er' easy.  I just got home from a 14 hour drive last night. (felt like it took about 3 days)  I am exhausted.

It's also my birthday and I just got home from a very nice dinner at my favorite Italian Restaraunt with the family.

Now we are just watching the football game and about to play some cards.

Most of my friends went to Chicago this morning.  They called me at 8 am to see if they were to pick me up.  I just laughed.  About the last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car.

My birthday being on New Years Eve is usually a lot of fun.  This year it will be very quiet and the truth is I am pretty happy about that.  I guess I am getting old. ;D

I'm gonna drink like a fish,
