Non-fishing hobbies??

Featured Replies

Dirt bike riding - Actually was my main hobby before fishing, bike broke and was gonna cost $700, so I decided to get into fishing because I thought it would be cheaper. :o

Video Games

Camping

Rock Climbing

4-Wheeling

The newest edition to my hobby list is going to bingo halls.  Laugh all you want guys, but if you go on the right nights, it's the PERFECT untapped resource for the single guy ;) (*** that 4-bizz), go on the wrong nights and everyone in there looks like your grandparents.   Haven't won much money, just phone numbers  ;D .  For all the single guys, give it a try!!!

Oh man do I have a story for you!!!!

Hunting and work.  That takes up all of my time I am not fishing.  Deer-archery, deer-muzzleloader, ducks, geese, pheasant, quail, and turkey.  There is plenty of dead stuff in my freezer.

Poker (especially while over here, every Saturday)

Playin with my daughters (when home)

Searching google earth for that undiscovered honey hole like I used to have back in FL...(The search still continues)

Trying to catch an EVP (laugh all you want, that stuff is NEAT!)

I play football. I deer hunt religiously too there is 2 seasons in my mind. From February until about October is fishing/golf/turkey hunting and from about October until the end of January is deer hunting/football season. Muddin on the 4-wheelers. I roller skated alot 4 about a year and a half then cracked my shin and didnt feel like skating it anymore lol.

Land on a rake....classic

Once it's too cold to fish I duck/goose hunt. I read a few good books a year. Currently, I'm trying to master the art of perfecting the hot wing.

I play guitar quite often.  Other than that, I fish and play the occasional video game.

School work....I don't have enough time or money to do anything other than learnin' and fishin'

Duck and Goose hunting , Training Retreivers for Hunt Tests . And sometimes shooting wood cows (deer)

surfing. before i had my 2 beautiful  kids, i would go on 2-4 surf trips every year. panama, costa rica, hawaii, nicauragua, barbados, mexico, outer banks of nc, california, bahamas, peru, and indo. man those were the days. i still surf regularly here in florida, but my BIG surf trip days are over---at least until my kids get that travel bug.

Football and basketball, whether im watching or playing. Hanging out with my friends or just good honest people and im a happy man. Recently I have REALLY gotten into the automotive department and im loving it. I now work in a garage and learn tons of new things daily so I guess you could say my job is my hobby, I love waking up and going to work  :). My most current and fulfilling hobby is my truck, I have a few more things do do with it before its a finished project and when im done with that im going to buy a junker and rebuild and race it.

Dirt Bikes.... Drag Cars,, & hunting,

Motorcycles, hunting, lifting.

Right now, it seems that all I do is work to support these hobbies.  Doesnt leave a whole lot of time to partcipate.... ;D

Well if BR counts as a fishing hobby, than I would say listening to music and video game, or better yet putting the two together!!  ;D

Enjoying my 3 children.

Bocce every Wednesday night with the guys.

Music.

Collecting Hotwheels.

Since we just bought a new house with a nice big garage/shop my main hobby is home repair/renovations and woodworking...Just got the pool table and "lure desk" up in the garage, so as long as I turn a saw on now and then and occasionally finish a room in the house I only have to enter the house to eat and sleep! j/k of course, my wife knows what I'm doing at all times!
