I'm one of the lucky guys. My wife doesn't do any of those things. In fact she's my favorite fishing partner. There are those times when she does out fish me though.

My wife is my best fishing partner, she don 't like fishing nor the outdoorsy kinda activities we cave men like so I just fill in the minimum courtesy of asking if she wanna join me, since she gonna say NO, THANK YOU I can go with a clean concience.  :D

I take the kid, we do have a lotta fun, drink sodas and burp out loudly, fart loudly and stinky, eat pork rinds with chili sauce n 'such without having nobody giving us THE LOOK.  :)

Don't forget in #2 she will catch it on a Zebco 202 with a $2 rod thereby complaining about you spending so much time with the baitmokey. Thus your budget will get cut by 3/4 ths  lol

Matt -

You nailed it on the head with the 202 , a $20.00 outfit , bought for my daughter . ( I kinda stepped on the ol' ladies rod and broke it)  As far as the bait monkey , she just shakes her head and tells me I need to start using live bait .  :o
