Happened in Philadelphia. The scumbag was walking the neighborhood in plain view when locals recognized him. Check out the video, it was caught on a surveillance camera. The footage is a little grainy.

Police say the 11-year-old girl had just dropped off her sister at daycare and was heading to school when the her attacker approached her in the 3000 block of Kensington Avenue.

"At some point in time [he] threatened to shoot her, but a gun was not seen," said Capt. John Darby. "He threatened her and forced her to walk with him."

The two ended up in the 2000 block of E. Westmoreland. That's where, police say, the man forced the girl behind a home and raped her repeatedly.

The young victim underwent surgery Monday afternoon. She is now in stable condition.

he is very lucky, I heard of a guy where i live that was killed for a simalar crime! you get what you deserve some times.

Dominion Dan is correct. That's not how we do things in this country.  We abide by laws.  However, many people are beginning to feel the laws are wrong and they are powerless to change them. The result is anarchy.

Criminal rights v. victim rights, the criminal wins and many people view this as wrong.  

Do I feel he got what he deserved, absolutely.  He probably got off lucky
