Grilled Mahi Mahi with terakyi sauce smothered on it.

Seafood is my favorite food to eat.

Man that's tough. Locally, I really like fried sauger. If I'm near the ocean, I really enjoy grilled or blackened dorado or cobia. Flounder is pretty tasty as well.

grilled rockfish fillets are amazing. grilled largemouth fillets taste really similar, and they're probably my #2. i also like tilapia.

Fish Tacos..made with red snapper, or ling cod.. :)

I like mahi mahi, salmon, flounder, but there is nothing that comes close to a fresh harpooned swordfish steak.  Eels would probably come in second to the sword.

The longlined swords are a different story.

Flounder and Yellowfin Tuna.

Great Lake perch.

Walley is second followed by crappie, yellowfin

tuna and Mahi-mahi. Striper is the fish I eat most

often. I also like wild salmon if it is cooked rare.

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Salmon, flounder (catch them all the time from shore using clams), tuna.

Saltwater:

Swordfish, Wahoo, Strawberry Grouper, Sandperch.

Freshwater:

Speck, Catfish (both fried)

Salmon, tuna, smallmouth, largemouth

grilled wild salmon...or

baked grouper fillet

Saltwater:

Swordfish, Wahoo, Strawberry Grouper, Sandperch.

Those strawberry groupers are amazingly good. I caught a bunch of small ones on the drift boat once. Not expecting much, they turned out better than the yellowtail snappers.

Freshwater:

Speck, Catfish (both fried)

Locally, Yellow Perch from either Lakes Michigan or Huron.

Followed by fresh bluegill, or walleye.

Then salmon but I only like it boiled.

From the ocean, almost anything that swims or crawls along the bottom.

Redfish.

Redfish Courtboullion to be exact.  :)

In no particular order....yellow (lake) perch, crappie, bluegill, walleye/sauger, all deepfried using either Shore Lunch or Zatarain's breading mix.
