What kind of tennis shoes do you wear?

I've been stuck on Nike Shox for a few years now and have quite a few different pairs. Seems the last couple pairs I've gotten are not comfortable at all and the overall quality has gone downhill. Bad stitching, soles coming off, etc...I think it's time for a change. Any brand better than the others? Asics? Puma? Adidas? What do you wear?

Jordan shoes are really comfortable and all of my pairs have held up extremely well.

They have a lot of different pairs so you'll probably find one that you like.

I kick it like ADIDAS ...

They're pretty cheap at around $35 here.

And come warmer weather nothing beats the comfort of these.

You have to pay a pretty penny though. ~50

Cant do Jordan's. Dont like hi-tops. My kid sure does like 'em though. $$  ;D  And Air Max's too.

Yeah that's the only thing I don't like about them. They cost an arm and a leg.

I either wear my Sperrys for everyday casual wear or my Columbia trail running shoes. I do have a pair of Nike tennis shoes I wear for work outs..

New Balance for me.  I have had several pairs and they all have held up well and very comfortable.  I am really rough on my footwear and my current pair, even with a mesh type material instead of leather, is holding up great (besides one small hole from a crankbait that got stuck in it).  They are pricey though, I don't think I have ever paid less than $70 for mine.  But if I can get a couple years out of them then it is worth it.  This is the pair I have currently.

Love the new Shox I just got. I would say all their mesh and Turbo line of Shox has gone down hill.

Go for the good old Air Force's in low-top.

Air Max and 6.0's

Where is that pic of JFrancho asking about a man card?

Merrells I got hooked about three years ago and won't even consider nothing else.

my last 6 or 7 pairs of shoes have been New Balance 574s. i switch up the colors to add some variety.

when im walking in the woods, i wear Merrell Moab XCRs

New Balance 929's.

I wear the Asics Gel Frantic for running and usually get close to 6 months out of a pair before the heel breaks down. That may not sound very good, but that's a long time if you're actually running in them.

Once the heel breaks down, I use them for another 6 months as "bumming around" shoes, and then they become grass cutting shoes.

They run ~$85 or so, but you can find them a bit cheaper online. Last year's model usually runs ~$60 at Shoe Carnival.
