The Veyron is other worldly.  I've had the pleasure of riding in some pretty special cars, Veyron included.  A car that plush should not accelerate that fast.  The sense of acceleration is mind boggling.

It's crazy how some tuners now are extracting Veyron beating power out of Gallardos and the Nissan GT-R.

The GTR has always been a supercar killer. I've had more than ample opportunites to ride around in the R32, 33, and 34. Unfortunately, my experience is fairly limited with the newest model that has come to the US shores. Judging by that video, it's just as capable given the proper tuning.

we have a what i call "gay" version of topgear that airs on spike i believe.  Not even close to the British version of the show.

I think it's on The History Channel actually.  They try too hard to be funny and I think it's pretty lame.

Having owned an '05 Murcielago, I can tell you from personal experience that the Ford GT is a much easier car to drive.  The transmission is buttery smooth, and the handling charachteristics are pretty neutral.   I've heard rumors of a new *** in the works, Im curious to see how that car turns out...

I dont think Topgear america is "***" different style than the brits, they can be boring as hell sometimes. Tanner knows his stuff. I had the pleasure of hanging with him at the Monterey car auction during autoweek. Very cool dude.

AMS has gotten a little over 1000 hp out of the new gtr!! With a built motor and bigger turbo and more boost!!! It gets there easy!!!
