You are probably right, but I am going out on a limb and think that the poor Chinese villagers arent eating for "taste"   ;)

I know you couldnt pay me to eat that thing though....

they ain't eaten those. they sellin dem. they get big money for em, they have a shrine in china just for this fish. Still lookin for one in the mighty mississippi. Don't think i got much of a chance but I'll let ya know. ;)

cheesesauce, that thing is frickin' huge! I can't imagine that thing being very fun to catch, though...much like reeling in a tree. I'd never eat it, either...that thing has to be 80-150 years old, LOL.
