Hello everyone. I have not used buzzbaits a whole lot, maybe a dozen times. I've used both single as well as double blade buzzbaits and have caught bass on both.

I was just wondering which style buzzbait everyones uses and why.

Since I bought a Terminator double buzz I can't make myself use a single any more.  Rapala bought them out and stopped making it though.

I called around to G. Mtn. stores and found one that had some left on the shelf.  I had them send all of them to me in case Rapala doesn't put it back on the market.

I really like the Cavitron.  I have used several different buzz baits but this has become my favorite.

Cavitron is the only buzzbait for me.

I have only used the Single.

the double blade sounds cool.

I prefer the Rattle Head Buzzbaits,

But ,

I need to get a couple Cavitrons,,

they look sweet. and the fish pics they have posted

on this site are fantastic..

I prefer the single blade. The double takes a lot more to reel in and it tires me out a lot quicker than the single. Have had good luck with Buzzbaits this year!

I have a Rattle Head which I really need to fish, but haven't yet.

That said, the Cavitron is the most unique buzzbait I have ever used.

I highly recommend the lure, especially 3/8 oz black on black!

I have been using double bladed buzzbaits for at least 10 years now. The first double bladed buzzbait that I used is Hart's Hartbeater. Great buzzbait, IMO! Strike King's Double Take buzzbait is the best alternative I have found to the Hartbeater.

Love a double-egg beater. The one's made my Hart are my favorite.

Like them, but they take up too much space for my limited "hike the bank" tackle storage.

I like to use Double Blade Buzzbaits on windy days, or when the water is deeper the 10 feet, the extra sound lets the bass know it's their and they will come out looking more it, so i make long casts and reel slow!

If I'm fishing in sallow water 2 feet or less, on days with very little wind, I'll use ones with 1 blade, and if that don't work than I'll let the fish tell me, first I'll use a clacker buzz, and of that still don't get 'em, I'll use a bait with two blades.

But if I'm fishing in water with 2 1/2 feet or less of visibility, I'll use a buzz that's load, the loader the better. Bass in waters with low viz levels will be much more sound oriented than site oriented, but than we'll have to get in to color.

Have caught more and bigger fish on double vs. single.

Starting to run out of Roland Martin double buzzers but Strike King double is great too.

I think you guys should look into the Reaction Innovations dophlin buzzbait or w/e it's called. I really like it, it has a brass knob that the blade hits and makes quite a racket

Thats odd I have 5 or six left I lost one three weeks ago.

I wish they still made them they are better in quality than any on the market today
