Thanks again to all of you who taught me to bass fish over the net.  Roadwarrior your "senko" thread is priceless.  But I don't want to leave anyone out.  I would have never, ever thought of throwing a blue stick bait before meeting up w/ y'all.  Let alone a red hook, and green line.  Ha!!

Today my son said, "Daddy, you are the Bass Master!"   Priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not kidding about the Beer and BBQ w/ y'all if you ever come down to the real deep south.

Guys, sorry I have no weight.  Its the only accessory the monkey hasn't made me buy yet.  I feel compeled all of the sudden to purchase one, though!  ;D

At the moment I am still high about the catch.  The weight I'd guess is 5~, but I'm biased.  As you can imagine.

She pulled the drag, man.  Thats when I knew she was big.  Unreal!!!!!!!

Makes a fella want to get a TV show and a sponsor, don't it!

I feel its a Florida Special that ate a 1lbr.  No FishChris sow, but its enough for me.

This pond actually gets fished alot.  Everyone uses hard baits... ;)  I love my soft plastics.

The color idea I got from reading this site.  "Natural Forage" and all that.  I took my kid "catching" w/ hot dogs and circle hooks.  We nailed a bunch of bluegills, and sunnys so...Blue/Green, and Yellowish/Black baits.  I was doing pretty good w/ the zoom salty super fluke too in baby bass, and Arkansas shiner.  The * stick is great, it really holds up.  I learned about them from this site.

I'm hoping the beginners luck lasts for a while.  I dont want that skunk showing up again.

This has been a heck of a ride guys...I really can not thank you enough.

Thanks Glenn for keeping the site up.

I could have never done it without y'all.  Really.

Outstanding.

Excellent work.

From the photo's it's hard to tell who is more excited, you or your son.

This is the stuff that father and son memories are made of.

Cherish these moments.

avid.

Pretty cool!

The smile on your son's face just about says it all :)

WOW! that thing is a freakin tubby!  :o :o :o gotta get one like that! Awsome, Awsome fish!
