but who cares - what a great story.   I would contact Lamiglass and tell them the story and showthem the pics, but I would want to mount the rod, next to replica of the bass.

Yeah, I couldn't care less about the broken rod. It was just a utility stick anyway. It was the rod I landed my 13 on as well, so I felt like I got my $100 out of it Thats exactly what I said, though, it'll be my trophy for that fish!
