619s NEW PB!!!!!!

Featured Replies

So this morning the last thing I wanted to do was get out of bed, but my buddy called at like 9:30 and was like lets go fishing for like 45 min. I grudgingly agreed after a minute or 2 of convincing. We went to a local pond about 5 min from our house and started to fish. We saw a couple of fish cruising that wouldnt hit anything. After a bout 20 min I moved to another side of the pond and saw what looked to be a nice fish cruising by. So I cast my T rigged grn pumpkin senko about 2 feet in front of her. On the fall she just stopped and didnt move further. I gave it a small twitch and she moved to about 1 foot away, one small twitch again and she nailed it. I set the hook nice and firmly and she took off like a shot started peeling drag. She put up a nice fight. I learned my lesson about sayionig no to fishing... dont ever do itmonster5-28-08.jpg

sorry about the quality of the pic, of course i forgot my real camera and had to use my cell. but then again I think this one gets the point accross

Nice.... I fished that exact same spot you are standing last night for catfish and ended up catching three of them. Biggest one was about 4 LBS. That spot is great for cats.

Yeah that's a pretty nice fish, the picture looks more like a painting than a pic,  kinda has a cool look to it.
