My son's biggest bass yet!

Featured Replies

I took my son fishing with his new spincast combo and he caught his biggest bass yet. I forgot my digital scale so I used an old spring one it read 2lbs. Sure felt like a 2 pounder, he couldn't hold it by himself it was to heavy for him.

It sure is. I bought him a 6' med action spincast combo. He loves it so far and it has increased his enthusiasm for fishing.

Gulfman you have created a fisherman for life. Your son is hooked. Good job for you both. 8-)

I hope he becomes the KVD, Skeet or Mike Iaconelli of his generation ;)

Hopefully he will appreciate all the pictures I am taking of the fish he catches. I wish my dad had taken pictures of some of the fish we caught when I was my sons age  :'(

Nice pics.  The smile on his face just warms your heart, doesn't it?   :)

You are one of the #1 Dads and as the post above stated it is "Priceless" to get children involved.

I take out kids from the Make A Wish foundation when asked and those are the most enjoyable times I have ever had on the water.
