Online Tackle Shops

Featured Replies

Other than BassPro and Cabelas do you guys use one that you would recommend?  I'm looking for a site that has freshwater as well as saltwater gear.  I use ebay from time to time but was looking for a online store with a good selection.  Thanks !

Tackleware house! it is much better than cabelas and at the same level as bass pro. It is mostly fresh water though.

X2 on *** free shipping on orders over $50 and great customer service use them for 90% of my online purchases.

I agree tackleware house is good, for the most part you can buy every rod and reel on cabelas or bass pro cheaper on ebay online stores with free shipping to boot for the most part.

The saltwater selection is kind of lackin on both sites and are somewhat overpriced so was hoping someone had a site they know about.

i just ordered 2 rods from one in san fran, and the site said we ship within 24 hours. when the order was placed they gave me a confimation# but failed to mention that the rods were going to need to be ordered from daiwa then once they recieve them they will ship them to me. it may seem stupid but things like that bother me. here i was expecting my new rods this week and nope i have to wait longer. i hate to wait.

A little off topic but I'm sure glad to see Reel Mech as a sponsor again.

If I cannot find it around home, I try to buy from the sponsers that are on this site. I always give them the first shot. 95% of my needs can be purchased from the sponsers that support this site.
