Hello from Hawkins, Texas

Featured Replies

Well my name is Frank Williams, live in Hawkins, Tx and fish lake hawkins, Lake O the Pines, Lake Fork, Lake Caddo, plus about 10 others. I am retired so I fish when and where I want, he he he.

I sure like this board it has brought back a lot of things I had forgotten since I was out of fishing for about 11 years, but now I am back fishing tournaments around here and having a ball. Since coming back to fishing my personal best is a 7.5 lb on lake Hawkins.

Salute to all and keep up the great work I love the articles and videos.

Welcome to BR Frank,

I'm looking forward to stories about how you did at this year's KYKX Big Bass Bonanza.  I fished Lake O the Pines for a number of years back in the early 1990's.

Hi Frank nice to meet you. My name is Albert Coates, go by Jack, handle rio maverick.  Soon I will join the retired at Bob Sandlin.

The first bass I remember catching was on Little Red in AR., before Greers Ferry was built.  My dad and I did day float trips in a homemade boat with a Wizard outboard motor.

Things have really changed.

Nice to "meet" you!

well I still haven't got to weigh a bass in the kykx, I have won every other tournament on lake o the pine but haven't got to weigh one in it, there is always bigger bass than what I have in the live well, one of the days if I live long enough.

albert you are sure right things have changed give me a call when you get settled in and we will get together and I will show you some places where I always catch bass.
