Hello from Memphis.  After 30 year hiatus, I bought a place on Greers Ferry Lake 3 years ago.  I have re-caught the fishing bug and have fished this lake every season the last 3 years.  Big hybrid bass are the best but have caught 14 different species of fish.  My brown water fishing friends told me there were no fish in Greers Ferry, just a great recreational lake.  Let them keep thinking that!

Welcome to BR cool to keep on seeing people from memphis on here. Havnt been to Greers Ferry/Heber Springs in like 3 or 4 years but when i was there with my dad we did pretty well. We were on the little red last summer and did pretty well trout fishing

Been to Pickwick - can't get use to the boat and barge traffic.  At Greers Ferry, it's just us fishermen after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.  Lord willing, I will retire in 10-20 years, move here permanently and fish daily.

Try Sardis and Enid there not bad at all those are the places i usually fish.
