San Diego Fisher from Bama

Featured Replies

Originally from Bama, but I live in San Diego now after 5 years of being stationed here in the Marine Corps. Used to fish the Coosa river, local creeks, Guntersville and Weiss lake in Alabama. Just got back into fishing, didn't have much time while in the service.

So far I have fished Miramar Lake, off the Pier in Ocean Beach, and Lower Otay here. I like lower Otay the best so far, only cuz you can rent boats pretty cheap there. I was about to buy a 12ft Jon boat when a buddy convinced me we would have more fun building one. We are building it a little at a time, and will hopefully be done by the end of March.

Oh, and if you are from Bama and wondering, yes its WAR EAGLE.
