Need help finding an old ZOOM color

With the talk of all the great mom n pops tackle shops still around, I'd like to see if any of you guys can take a look next time you go into one of those shops for anything ZOOM in the color Violet.

Violet used to be the color to have around here and they stopped making it in mass production...it's a limited run color now and I haven't seen anything in that color in a LONG time. I'd really like to find a few bags of worms or brush hogs or anything in Violet to see if the fish still like it these days.

Just keep it in mind the next time your cruising down the plastics isle and let me know if you come across anything. I'd appreciate it.

I'll keep an eye out for them this week, I didn't know Zoom had a violet color

Cool, thanks Marc

They did a long time ago. I suspect there's some tackle shops somewhere that still get them to make baits in that color in a special run....just have to find 'em.

ill loook FBL i frequent fishing shops with weird stuff

I'd be glad to look, but honestly i'm not going to read the color on every bag i've never seen before.  Do you have a picture of one or can you describe the color to narrow it down a little.

I just checked a list of current special run colors, not a single violet on the list.

The color is sort of violet in color  :D.

They may not make it anymore. 5 or 6 years ago it was a special run color. I figure there must be some bags hanging around somewhere.

The best way to describe the color is that it's just a little lighter than the Lakers purple uniforms and has no flake.

I WAS going to look for you, but since you related it to "Lakers" colors' I will no longer look...  :D

Get ya some whites and stick them in with some nice slimy junebugs. You will very soon have a light purple, although don't know if that will be dark enough to match but it does make a nice violet.

I bought some black grape trick worms a while back ,I believe this is the color you are looking for...to my knowledge I don't believe there was a "violet" color...could be wrong
