Featured Replies

"Mama Mia" Finally, a calm Spring Morning with cloud cover and this Cruiser ate a Rage Smokin Rooster pitched in 7ft water with a Strike King Tour Grade Tungsten and a 5/0 Moaner Stick'r Hook... All towed by a 7' 11" St. Croix Rage Rod. I can't put this set up down, it's SMOKIN!!!

BTW, She had Big O Beautiful EYES too :D !

Cruisers are elusive - something special about getting one to commit! Nice job.

Congrats on sticking that Toad !

My season is still a few weeks away, but I'm hoping to get a few that are big enough so in the photo, I will disappear behind them as well.

Nice Trophy Bass.

I think both because she hadn't spawned as of yet... tail not bruised or raw. The water was clear, 68 degrees, 6 and 7ft is easily shallow enough for bedding but she was in ambush mode. Pitched the Rooster to a cutoff telephone pole at the end of a rocky point. It was an instant Rip'n'Run to deep water so she was eating for sure! I kind of like big bellies... reminded me of my own... maybe I need to spawn too :D
