  1. What kind of hook are you using? Make sure it's an offset worm hook.
  2. Go with the STX. The Premier has had it's share of problems. I own two STX's and I have yet to have the first problem with either of them.

  14. I used to think that until I kept getting sinker strikes. This is caused by the sinker kicking up to much silt off the bottom and taking the attention away from the lure. It also can scare the fish away. So to fix the problem you need a sinker that will not bounce off the bottom. The long skinny ones are not the best choice for this. The round ones come off the bottom to easy. This makes the teardrop shaped ones the best choice for most dropshotting. They have a low center of gravity so they stay on the bottom better and they are pointed on the top so they get snagged less.
  15. I'm one of the slackers. But the video is in the mail. :-[
  16. Quickdrop sinkers. I can't get them here on the east coast so I mold my own but they are the best that I have found.
  17. I have found that the best color flukes for small ponds are Watermelon and Baby bass. I don't know why that is but I have had it work out that way many times.
  18. With a stand up jighead like the Spot Remover there is not much need for a floating worm. The angle of the hook and the natural friction from the water against the worm will hold it up long enough for it to attract a fish's attention. I have been successful with every worm from a finesse to an Ol' Monster worm. If you want the worm to float a little better than normal get one without salt.
  19. I can't stop laughing. Can you say OWNED
