We were at church last sunday and we always park on the curb in front of the church. Well when we came out there was a car park on my bumper and when they did this it scratched there car up so I waited for them to come out so they wouldnt think we backed into them and left. The people started to walk out to there car and I met them halfway and asked if it was there car and the guy said yes it was, so I told him that he hit me when he parked. Well come to find out it was his wife driveing. After I told them that they hit me I explained that they didnt hurt my car but they did theres the lady got mad at me and started to say she didnt hit me so I walked up to the cars and showed her then she got madder and just went and got in her car and the man was like o we are just touching you no big deal and got in the car and left no sorry kiss my a@% nothing. They are an older couple and that is the second time they have done that, the other guy they parked completelly under there car. I hate when someone cant admitt when they are wrong and just apoligize. Another thing that grinds my geares is people that dont use yield signs on the loop here the exit ramps have yield sign for the service roads as the same as others I am sure. But for some reason people dont think they half to use them for some unkown reason you are going 50 to 60 mph and theey are 35 to 40 and they never stop or slow down just pull right out in front of you. I want to get a old LTD and never slow down alot of times its someone in a benz or bmw. Thanks for the vent time FisherDave

Is there some were you can buy kits to build rods I have never done it and I like building things and wouldnt mind trying this. Thanks FisherDave

Thanks for all the suggestions I ended up finding a bag at Academy that is a tournaments choice and it was like 19.99 and it holds alot of stuff but I did notice after I got it home that it dont have a plce for spinners but thats cool I am going to buy a box and just throw it in the boat. It has like 5 bait boxes and some side pockets. I will post a pic later. Thanks agian FisherDave

I kept the front two benchs in the boat and ran 2 by 3's between them for support for the front deck.

Thanks for all the input and would be happy for anymore. My biggest problem is that I am just know getting back into fishing so I dont have much and dont know exactlly what to look for. I havent fished in 6 or 7 years and when I did fish it was for what ever would bit. So in that case any helps good help. Thanks FisherDave

I got a $65 gift card to Cabelas and the nearest one is like 300 miles away so I half to spend it online and I dont have any idea what to get, any ideas.

Do you tie every time you change a lure or do you use swivels?

The carpet I got at lowes it was like $70 for a 20 ft roll I used 3m 77 but I didnt know any better it worked great I dont know about the durrability and for my 14 ftr it took every bit of two cans probally would have been better if I would have used three. The 3m 99 is about $15 a can and the 3m 77 is $11 or $12. I didnt use all the carpet I had about 3ft left. Like LBH said it was really easy it took me so long because of my work schedule. I think the hole thing might have cost 250 to 300 thats seats and all.

I am not sure I havent had it on the water yet. :-?

I have a 14 ft and have a 7.5hp and it is to small I am looking into a 20 hp right know.

When I am out in the shop I like to drink good old budlight but for a mixed drink I like my crown and coke.

When I was younger and just got into fishing I didnt have a job and didnt have the money to buy a boat I always wondered if one of those van tops would work. My dad thought it was funny.

Muddy as far as paint I would use paint stripper. I used it an it worked great they make some stuff called airplane paint stripper and its probably the best. I am finishing my 14 ft v bottom so I might be of some help. My father in law gave me some greef on doing mine and now I am almost finished and I am glad I did it. Proud of it.
