I mean I think about you every time I'm out there having a great time and I know you are here by yourself with nothing to do and totally bored. It really makes me appreciate you more knowing that you sacrifice spending quality time with me just so I can go out to the lake and have the time of my life. BTW Ike, KVD's normal retrieve is much faster than any I have ever seen and you are right with the Power Fishing comment because he is the perfect picture of that. Big O

He likes to throw it out and reel it back as fast as he can. He calls it "Power Fishing", trying to cover as much water as possible. He uses a 7.1:1 "burner" reel. Ike 8-)

It just so happens that the Okechobee Craw color which is a green pumpkin back and a blue metallic belly is one of the most popular colors with the pro's for craws and chunks. I have my favorite go to colors, but will change colors even when something is working to see if another color is even more effective. I learned this by accident. Many times I have been in the fish pretty well and ran out of a particular color only to change and be even more productive, then run out of that color and change and not be as productive as either of the first two choices. This info says that slight changes in color styles definitely have an effects on bass. Those of us who have been doing this a long time (but not long enuff) have experienced this many, many times because we are always running out of something. Big O
