Ever Catch A Fish Off A Snag?
Sorta. I was fishing a small local lake and got snagged. Pulled and tugged for what seemed like forever. Finally got it free and reeled in. What happened was I got caught on someone else's snag that they broke off. So I reeled in about ten yards of line, a piece of a tree branch, and a small channel catfish that was caught on the snagged line! I forgot my pliers that day and he was hooked deep on a Kahle hook. I had to cut the line and let him go but I figured he had a better chance that way than being "leashed" to a tree.

You can also use airline tubing made for aquariums. It's available at any pet store and most stores pet departments.

Kinami Baits/yamamoto Baits, What's Up?
Exact same. Different package, different count, different price. Exact same lure.

Hook Set Help!
Try "Tex-Posing" or skin hooking the hook. Run the hook through the lure and let the hook point rest on the back of the lure. If you need it totally weedless, lightly push the hook point back into the "skin" of the bait.

In Your Personal Circle, Who Would You Suspend For A Year And Why?
lol. my mistake but kind of to the point. He'd still argue and he'd still know he was right.

In Your Personal Circle, Who Would You Suspend For A Year And Why?
My Uncle. Same reason. He'd argue jet propulsion with a rocket scientist. Lucky for me, I usually only see him on Christmas and sometimes Thanksgiving so it's almost as if he has been banned for a year.

I Remember When
Who cares if it has airbags? It's an 84 Town Car. It will plow through darn near anything on the road today. Smart cars and Mini's have airbags and all of today's safety features. I'll take the Lincoln everytime. Remind the ol' lady that she grew up in these cars and she is still around to be an ol' lady. If that Lincoln has a 302 parts are dirt cheap and easy to get. Gas mileage may not be great but I had an 88 cougar with a 302 and it wasn't that bad. Average around 20 mpg. Keep your eyes out you'll find something you all can be happy with. I just bought a 97 Cadillac Catera with 84,000 miles for $2,200. Yeah, it's starting to rust a little on the driver side rear quarter but nothing major and an easy fix. Not the greatest car in the world but it gets my wife back and forth to work. If nothing else you could always buy him a Dodge like Al drove!

Clinch Knot
Trilene for me too. Doesn't matter what type of line I'm using. Quick, easy, and I've never had a problem with it.

Quick Clips
Not exact to the ones I have but close enough. Thanks Ima

Quick Clips
If you can find any let me know. I like those clips also but I cannot find them anywhere. I haven't seen them around for at least 2 years.

Good Deals At Ollie's.
Yeah, the prices where kinda wacky. The yozuri line I bought was priced at $12.99. About what I would expect but rage tails at $6.99? Rapala's at $8-$9? The GYBC stuff they had was priced at around $6.00 and the kinami baits at about $5.00. With 33% off of those prices, thats not bad. Like I said, not the best deals but worth a look.

What's The Most Unlikely Thing That You've Ever Been Hit With?
When I was about 9 or 10 a few friends an I were screwing around, playing in the back yard. One of them decided to throw a coffee can in the air. Why we had a coffee can I have no idea, but it came down right on my head with the open side. It didn't really hurt but boy did it bleed. I still have a scar on the back of my melon from that!

Good Deals At Ollie's.
If you have an Ollie's Bargain Outlet near you (seems to be more east coast), check them out. They had a 4.2 million dollar buyout of leftover 2011 fishing gear from Sports Authority. No earth shattering deals but it is 33% off Sports Authority's prices. They actually had some pretty good stuff. GYBC, Wave, Berkley, Zoom, Strike King and a bunch more. Also had reels, rods, combos, nets, hooks, and tackle boxes. Nothing real high end for rods and reels at the store I went to but they did have Shimano Sedonas and Saharas. I picked up a spool of Yozuri Hybrid for $8.70 and a Scum Frog Bigfoot for $4.35. Here's a link to there site if you want to see if you have one nearby. http://olliesbargainoutlet.com/

Runners I Need Some Help
I hear ya VolFan. I really have no right posting here. I have not ran alot since around 1995. I'm so out of shape I would probably get side stiches running up the steps in my house. Just trying to help Clayton out. On a side note, I just picked up a pair of Saucony Omni 9's on clearance for $30.00. Most comfortable shoes I have owned in a long time.

How Bad Do You Want It - Baseball
I agree with some of these other guys. I just can't get into baseball. I was drug to a pro game when I was 12 or 13 and it was the longest 7,000 hours of my life.

Runners I Need Some Help
I'm sure the asthma sucks but really it's only 2 miles. As far as bean poles. When I was in high school I ran cross country and track. We made it to state my Junior year in division 1. We came in last but that's not the point. The best team that year was a divsion 3 school that had like 400 students. Cross Country is 3.1 miles and they had 7 varsity runners and not a single one ran over an 18.00 min. time. They had like 3 guys in the 15's 2 or 3 in the 16's and 1 or 2 in the 17's. The whole team was all 5'5 to maybe 5'9 and all of them were probably 145-165. They where all short bulky dudes. Something else to think about. Can you do any of your training on trails? I was way worse at track than cross country cause I hated running on a track. I was alot faster in the woods than I was on pavement. Maybe something to try if it's an option. For the most part I agree except get some Saucony's (best running shoes I ever owend) or Asics. Nike's suck.

730Hp Ferrari Newest Addition To The Family
Ever seen a rental that wasn't? If you could rent a Ferrari or any sports car, it would be beat to death within a week. I'm not trying to say a Mustang is a Ferrari. It isn't. Never has been never will be. All I'm saying is 650hp from the factory with a warranty for $60.000 is a lot of bang for the buck.

Yeah, that makes sense. Not the first time I missed something obvious.
