  1. I was just about to make the same recommendation. Here it is. Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
  2. Who knew? Not me. http://www.powerpro.com/
  3. Jorge our Newfoundland graduating puppy school. 7 months old and almost 70 pounds now.
  4. Suggested retail is $8.95, price in the web store is $4.95. I thought the swim baits looked kinda cool.
  5. Me too. At this rate I will never get to a 1000 posts and get my gold stars. I think I was pretty close to 600 posts.
  6. Oh no!!! Not this debate again.
  7. Not really any different than calling bandages "Band-Aides" or toilet tissue "Kleenex". When my wife and I first met she was from Texas and we where driving somewhere one day when she said she was thirsty. I stopped at a gas station and asked what she wanted to drink. She replied "I'll have a Coke, please" Guess what she got? Yep, a Coca Cola, she wanted a Dr. Pepper. I too was very confused. I'm from N.E. Ohio and call it generically pop or soda pop. When I want something specific I ask for it by name.
  8. As long as you get quality components then extra money is money wasted. I bought a bunch of Producers spinner baits on clearance at Big-Lots a few years back. A brand almost no one has heard of and I paid between 50 cents to a dollar on them. They are one of the best spinner baits I have ever used. Great head design, nice eyes, plenty strong wire, VMC hooks, nice skirts, Sampo ball bearing swivels, and very nice blades.
  9. Thank you all. Jorge is a good boy!
  10. Well, not that new. We got him at 7 weeks and at 8 weeks my son slipped on the ice and fell on him and broke the pups pelvis. Here is Jorge at 4 months and weighing in at a svelte 54 pounds (he has no idea he was ever broken). He is an AKC Newfoundland and he is the BEST dog ever! One of his brothers saved Napoleon and he is the forefather of all Labradors. Just a great addition to our family.
  11. I have some EWG's that I bought on clearance a few years back. They are very sharp but I have never used them. For tex-posing I just don't like the way the bait sits on the hook. The "sickle" portion of the hook seems like it would ball the baits up and possibly prevent hook sets. Just a confidence thing on my part and the hooks may be great, I just don't like them.
  12. This or if it must be brandy, homemade. Yum!!!

That is definatly not an Eleanor. Looks to be some kind of tuner/drift car? I saw an Eleanoresk GT 500 (almost the same car above but without the sidepipes and the large fog lights in the grill like factory) this summer at work and I proceeded to make a mess in my pants. It was very nice. As far as dream cars go, it qualified. So does this and this and this And... Yeah. I like cars.
  17. Still bitter huh? We gave away the first half of the game. Other than our first drive we looked horrible in the first half. Thank "Franco Harris" Thomlinson lit a fire under our butts during halftime.
  18. Anyone want to change their vote?
  19. Go Steelers!!! ;D That was a good game.
  20. that 2 inch thick ribeye looked tasty.
  21. Not the first time I've been wrong... :-[ 37", 1080 p, 120 refresh rate, and bought for around $400. I'm happy with the T.V. ;D
  22. I've had a Vizio for about a year and love it. I have been told by someone that seemed credible that Vizio is actually a subdivision of Sony. I have also been told by a different source that the PlayStation 3 manual actually recommends Vizio T.V.'s for game play, or at least used to when the P.S. 3 first came out. I really don't know. I do not own a PlayStation 3 and have had no need to tear my T.V. apart to see if it has Sony guts in it. Either way I have been happy with my Vizio.
  23. Most of mine have 90's but they do tend to catch more grass. Either one will work.
  24. Ball head jig in open water or light cover. 1/0 or 2/0 ewg texposed (skin hooked) if fishing in heavy cover.
