Delaware river smallmouth
I use too. Not much now. I fish Penn Warner and a few paces in NE PA.

Delaware river smallmouth
Any place you can access the river north of the Trenton Falls will be great for smallmouth. The easiest place that comes to mind is Washington Crossing Park. Try just above the bridge.

NW Ontario
I agree with what others have said about rocky shorelines. I would start fishing for them with twister tails on small lead-head jigs and some #3 Mepps spinners. Good luck up there.

What Is This Box For?
A good idea. None of my other boats had anything like this,

What Is This Box For?
The block is higher than the bottom but the mount itself drops about 1 to 1.5 inches so I should have no issues. I intend to mount the transducer tomorrow so I will know if it is OK. Needed to take a fishing brake this evening. 😉

What Is This Box For?
I just picked up a new Lowe 1448M. This box was welded to the transom. I think it is for a transducer mount but I am not sure. I asked the dealer and he did not know, I called Lowe CS and they did not know. Does anyone know what this box is for? BTW it does not protect anything. Thanks

creek smallie lures
I fish the Susquehanna a lot. The Beetle Spin and Rebel crawfish are always in the boat on the river. I never used the Rebel in small streams but maybe I should.

creek smallie lures
Yep! And add a few small jig heads with twister tails.

Popular lures/equipment that you don’t like - and vice versa
Me too! If the "normal" stuff is not working, I have been going real big or real small and sometimes it works.

I am appalled.
That was the first article I read in that In-Fisherman. Thank God for Rock Bass. They have saved many a day for me. ☺️

Onboard battery charger location
I have a similar setup in one boat. The charger is mounted to the lid. I open the lid when I charge. it vents the area, and the charger is above the tank and batteries.

Hair jig size for smallies
I fish a lot for Pike and Musky. Many times I have small Bass and Walleye hit big pike/musky lures that are almost the same size as they are. There are some gutsy fish out there to keep things interesting.

Fishing weeds: worm color?
I let the fish tell me. I usually mix up the colors to see if they prefer a particular color.

Who's bass fishing videos do you like on youtube?
I started out with Lowrance's green box. It was not the same as FFS. And the green box was helpful but not a big advantage. I have a 12" FFS capable Lowrance. I was going to dive in deep and was just waiting for the transducer. The more I watched and learned the more I realized it was not a way I wanted to fish with my face buried in a LCD screen. I cancelled the transducer. Like I said. I want to fish not play video games. If your OK with that then have fun.

PFD Question
I'm in the same boat (well I want to stay in the boat) as the OP. I have inflatables in both boats and I wear an inflatable belt while wading and duck hunting. I have managed to fall in during every month of the year including January, February and March. PFD's have saved my butt a few times and I always have one handy. All of mind can be inflated by CO2 and mouth to test. An important feature.

Who's bass fishing videos do you like on youtube?
So true! That is the only subject I agree with RB on and only because it seems to be changing fishing from "fishing" to an arcade game.

How do you get time to fish? 😊

Have you considered doing it yourself?

Mepps spinners
They catch everything in the waters I fish.

What lure(s) are dead last in your arsenal?
I fish a few small bodies of water in SE PA and NE PA. Five years ago the Whopper Plopper and the Ned Rig were deadly on these waters. Over the years, the plopper bite and to a lesser extent the Ned Rig bite dropped off. I cannot remember getting one fish on a Plopper last year and very few on the Ned rig, but other baits worked fine. I have to wonder if fish can ID and avoid particular lures and can they pass their knowledge on to other fish considering that younger fish now inhabit the same water but still won't bite a Plopper? BTW i realized the Plopper issue popped up in the last few years so I deliberately fished the Plopper to prove or disprove fish behavior had changed regarding the Plopper and I believe it has but why?

Thanks I bought one Weize Dual Purpose battery and started watching Prowse two days ago. A knowledgeable guy, for sure.
