  1. I usually will leave them at home when someone is in the back of the boat purely for thier convinience. Never had anyone ask to bring them as long as your ok with it you and they are in Never knew you could injure them by handling that way? Thanks for the heads up Change of plans no Worden's heading to Wattuppa for 10 am today to burn off the stablizer and maybe catch some fish. I call ya during the week.
  2. That's a bummer about having to miss class and go to court. A simple mail-in or warning should have been sufficient. However, not to sound like a JERK. But I do believe that it is our own responibility to know and follow all the laws dictated in regards to the fisheries and wildlife. Leasson learned pass it on Good luck in court and let us know what the outcome was. Most likely, just a stearn look from the penguin and a short speach about not letting it happen again.
  3. Keep plugging there just starting to liven up. Suspending jerkbaits moved slow and paused for up to 20 seconds. Also like brush hogs jigs and worms this time of year. I've been out 4 x's,3 of them only one fish but the 4th was the charm with over 15lbs. Tomorrows your day!
  4. Hitting Worden's Pond tomorrow (Largies)and Mashpee/Wakeby Pond on Sunday (LM & SM). Wondering if any other boats have interest in joining us? Regards, Paul
  5. Sounds like a ball! I'm hitting Worden's pond(RI) Saturday and Mashpee/Wakeby on Sunday. I can only hope to have as good as a day you had!
  6. Great rod nice hat congrats on the bass. Keep pluging!
  7. Nice that must have been a grewat fight on light weight gear! Congrats!
  8. My understanding of "Finess fishishing" would be smaller more subtle approach for spooky and or highly pressured fisheries.
  9. Hit a small pond yesturday in RI where I got my 7.2lb LM last year. Best five went around 15lbs w/lunker going 5.3 posted under tourny's and outings. What a gorgeous day!
  10. Calming scenes of the day
  11. Went out from 7 am until 1:30 today. Water temp was 54.3* on arrival and rose to 58.4*. Air temp was 50* and rose to 73* winds at 7 mph w/gusts of 15. This is where I got my PB LM last year and hoped to beat that today. No such luck yet had a decent outing. Best five went: Fish#1) 2.8lbs @ 10:07 am on a LC 112 Pointer in 2' of water. Fish#2) 1.7lbs @ 10:57 am on a 5" Pumpkin Brush hog pegged w/1/4oz bullet in 1.9'. Fish#3) 2.6lbs @ 11:30 am on the Brush hog in 1.7'. Fish#4) 5.3 @ 12:03 pm on the brush hog in 2'. Fish#5) 3.1 @ 12:37 pm again on the Brush hog. All came off emerging cabbage and coontail with stumps near by. Not a bad day if you don't count the treble in my poor hounds muzzle! :-/
  12. It's about time 70* predicted for Thursday Spring is finally here! 8-) Anyone else heading out on Thursday?
  13. Just found this one and thought I'd share Collaborated with jackall, Sawamura released high appeal wire bait. You can retrieve it much slower than other lipless crank baits. Length 2.4 inch Weight 3/7oz Type Sinking
  14. In which I'm famous for ;D 12 cups of Joe will do that to ya!
  15. Great report LBH! It was amazing to see how far across state lines the charity and support reached. Honored to be a part of it.
  16. Never used a Carrot Stick but own 3 7'2" Cumara's M/L /M/ and M/H and can't say enough good things about them! I've used them for Jigs Senko's Huddbugs Jerkbaits Cranks and topwater. They may have been introduced for bottom bouncing, yet I have not found an application they couldn't be used for. IMO worth every penny! http://www.tackletour.com/reviewshimanocumara68mpg2.html
  17. Hey guys, is this an ease off do you pick a number? Thanks
