Centerpinning!
I don't really fish the "community holes" on the Salmon either. i actually don't know my way around there too well. I go to one parking lot, and walk downstream about two miles, and that's it...the only others I see there are drift boats. Bernie Haney brought me there a long time ago, so I guess it's his spot, but It's easy to fish, though it is a terminal rig eater, lol.

Help Me Pick A Boat Please
A tri-toon is the only thing that succeeds at meeting all your requirements, save the glass construction. A deep-V walleye boat would come close, but the front decks aren't very large. An Allison 2+2 isn't enough seating. Bay boats have the storage and room, but not the seating. Even a glass deck boat isn't gonna quite have the front deck and storage you want, never mind fishing from it. You're going to have to compromise on something. To meet all that, you'd have to get two boats. You don't want that - I have two, lol.

Might Have Been A Pb Or Decent Sized Fish?
It's amazing how accurate scales are for lost fish.

How Many Casting Combos?
I think I have a couple dozen. They all get used.

Do You Disinfect Your Fingers? Lol
I only disinfect cuts. Otherwise, I wash my hands when I get home, or before eating.

Loading A Boat On A Trailer Without Using Outboard Motor.
I would be VERY careful backing your trailer in deep. Many of the ramps by me end, and there's a blow out hole - probably not a problem in electric only lakes - but I've seen guys drive their trailer right off the end of the ramp, only to get stuck. My method is similar to many others mentioned here, but I dip the bunks in, about 1/2 way, get the boat on the bunks however you want to do it, with a bow line, or trolling motor, and connect the bow winch line. Crank it up. If it gets too hard to crank, back the up about a foot, and crank some more. If there's two of you, it's pretty easy.

Show off your Stuff
I have an old "Great Lakes" knuckle buster, with a cork arbor spool - yes, it's cork! - that probably has a handle around 40mm, lol. I think the GR is like 2:1.

How About Them Cowboys!
Divisional games are never a gimme.

First Time Fishing For Pike
The best thing to throw is an irreplaceable, one of a kind, lucky bass lure that holds immense sentimental value. Pike love that stuff, though they only bite if you throw on delicate mono, under 10# size. They're much more active during bass tournaments.

Old Shimano Reel
They still make these things in Japan. I thought they were a dual drag system. You can set the drag, and there's additional brake lever.

First Baitcaster Today
Not sure what those E-clips are gonna do for your knobs. If you can remove them, you can get shims (really thin, copper washers) at a RC hobby shop, and shim them up.

Fall is bucktail spinner time for pike.

Rod & Reel For Crappie
Unless I was ONLY vertical jigging, I would go over 6', more like 7-8'.

Talk To Me About 'structure Jigs.'
Looks like an arkey style, but with an offset worm hook. The line tie is awfully exposed. I'm sure it will work fine. For snaggy applications, I like a football head or arkey from Siebert.

Centerpinning!
It's an Avid, and it weighs less than my drop shot rods, lol. OK, maybe it's more, but it's the lightest of all the float rods. I think I might have it sold, though. I've used less than a dozen times.

Wrong Technique
About the only technique labeled rod that I own that is actually that specific is a Loomis JWR 803. I thought it might double as a jerkbait rod. Nope, not in a million years. Despite being a medium to MH power, x-fast taper, it absolutely sucked at jerkbaits. My Avid AVC68MXF and AC62MXF are far superior for this. Otherwise, the labels mean nothing to me.

A shorter handle will make it faster. I kid, I kid!

Lure Sequence
Top to bottom, shallow to deep. Cover and structure dictate what lures to use.

Dig that reel, Goose! I know I've put "high speed" gears in 2500c series reels. "High speed" being relative, of course.

The only brand I've used that high is Power Pro original, but I've used enough 832 to know that would work fine.
