  1. AHHHHH!!!! AHHHHH!!!! MY CAPS LOCK IS STUCK! j/k man, glad you're back.
  2. I'm curious about this too. Anybody with any help, please reply.

Berkley has a series of "hand" pours out now. they've got some in 4"-4.5" or so, and 6". The red shad and wtrmln magic are good. It makes the high-end hand pours accessible. I got mine at cablea's, you might be able to find a retailer on-line.
  4. Matt! It comes full swing friend! Fortune favors the bold buddy. You've earned it. WIII-60 p.s. now finish your boat. You can't use money as an excuse anymore. Slacker.
  5. 10-4. Thanks again. I need all the help I can get. This is like learning how to fish all over again. Ultimately, I'd like to catch some fish. But, above that, I don't want to be "that guy" on the river.
  6. RW: What size of Rapala's? So, with all of these things, the "bait" is rigged with weight? Do I float it? How should I fish that? With the lures, cast downstream and work upstream or across the river? Is it just throw to what looks like a good spot and repeat?
  7. perfect! Thanks a lot!
  8. One of the top three fights I've ever seen. Not as bloody as Griffin and Bonner, but whoa.
  9. I'm not going to jump on the nay-saying bandwagon until the seasons over. Montana came over to kansas city when a lot of people said he should hang it up. A lot was said about tarnishing his legacy also. He went on to the playoffs in two come-from-behind seasons, and the AFC championship. He also was elected to the pro bowl that year.
  10. Anybody else? I'm not asking for much.
  11. He told me he was in the police academy. Said something about wanting to go deep cover with the hell's angels? I think he could pass. He looks tough as nails.
  12. Somehow this became a really, really heavy topic :-?.
  13. I use ultra-soft on baitcasters only. The only exception is on my lipless rod. I guess I'm the odd man out. 10lb. No problems here.
  14. Trout dough. Color? What hooks? What weights? Rooster tails, Panther martins. Colors? Weight? I need specific info. I've NEVER done this before. Thanks Peasey.
  15. Gents, My wife and I are going on a stocker trout trip with my father-in-law. It's a weekend long thing at Bennet springs. I need some help with what to use. I'm not a trout guy and would be starting from scratch in terms of tackle. I've got the rods and reels covered. I need to know what lures/bait to buy and a little about how to work them. I'm looking for quantity of fish over quality. Budget is say.....$40-$50. Any help is appreciated.
  16. It's a bummer that you guys from RI have to pay for this guys cable TV for the rest of his life.
  17. ignorance would be a matter of your perception of what someone should know. Take that basshunter69 guy or whatever his name was. He took a bunch of people here for a ride by acting like he was....let's face it.....some dumb hick who was down on his luck. Nobody jumped his case when his grammar was a train wreck. Everybody just felt sorry for him, but judged him for it in secret. Of the thousands of members here isn't it possible that some of them have english as a second language? Is it unacceptable then? Make your case to an individual as it happens and play the role of "better" under the guise of "wiser." That way, they can explain themselves. Maybe blocking the posts so that you're not subject to it is a less-confrontational-moderator-friendly option. I'm not saying it isn't an example of the sad, sad state of things in the world today that some people truly are just lazy, but it isn't my place to tell someone that they look like a moron. Sometimes people here get a little too big for their britches when they don't have to look people in the eye and say things. We all belong to a greater community on the forum that is much greater than the sum of your part.
  18. I agree with RW about the senko being considered a "stick bait" but, I didn't want the thread to become a discussion over that.

I'm looking to buy some hand poured dropshot worms. Are there any BR affiliates that hand pour a 4.5"-ish straight tail?
  20. started out literate, then spiraled out of control.
  21. Maybe they can build a case for it out of salvaged wood from homes destroyed by hurricane katrina. This proves that advertising can make self-important rich people buy anything.
  22. Just got it in, I haven't used it yet but here's some first impressions: The reel is a deep dark blue. It's lightweight and is super-smooth. The brake has a gratifying "click" as you dial it in, just like the other revo's. Similar to the SX's for example. I've got it paired up with a crankin stick, that's what I prefer, and it looks really good as a combo. Overall, it's pretty much a revo with a bigger handle and some subtle style differences. The "revo winch" printed on the side looks really good also. I can't comment on the performance yet, but I would assume that just like any other revo I'll be using this one for a long time to come.
  23. it's reminds me of the fast and the furious. Those cork grips are a pretty sweet touch.
  24. Hypothetically, you can only fish one "plastic worm" from here on out. Which one do you use? If yours is picked, name another. note the make, color, and rig. To start, I'm gonna say a watermelon black flake weightless senko.
