The only casting reels I own are Shimano. My only spinning reels are certates all five of them. I have always called the Daiwa Certate the poormans Stella, for about half the price.- Guides and Guiding
X2 Fishing guides don't go into business to become rich because it never happens. Good guides do provide teaching skills, companionship for those not wanting to fish alone, equipment & a fishing platform, local water knowledge & usually are great story tellers. Some fish with their clients while some do not. A good guide can make a bad fishing day into a worthwhile experience. The most successful guides are always found on the best fisheries.- Small Goals
Goals are good no matter the size. The glass is always half full.- Frogs - setting the hook
Yes that's what I saying. It will slow your reaction time down. You will have to reel down to tighten the line then swing for the fences.- Lipless cranks
I have caught two DD's on the 3/4 oz red eye shads so you know what my favorite is. ?- Frogs - setting the hook
If you can't alter your timing by delaying until the frog disappears try changing your gear. Substitute mono for braid. That will slow your reaction time down. You could also try using a more moderate action rod than you are presently using. It's worth a try if you can't adjust your timing.- It Finally Happened.
Your luck has changed. Your alive.- 31.86 - What a bag!
Congrats on a very special day.- ***EPIC FAIL***
50 years this June...I really know!- Tatsu vs Sniper
When you spooled it up did the new line come off the top of the spool directly to the reel or did it go under the spool? Under would cause the problem your experiencing with coiling.- First 20+ of the year!
Hell I thought you were talking pounds.- Our throw away society
- Best overall hard bait company?
X2- Trophy bass
You make no sense.- Trophy bass
I never said DD's are caught everyday in the south.- Trophy bass
Smallmouth in Ohio waters are very catchable at 5 & 6 lbs if your fishing Lake Erie. For largemouth I think 8lbs would be more equal to the DD standard down south.- gloom and doom...end of times prepping
I heard from a reliable source one grocery chain made more sales in the last week than all of the month of December which was strong month.- Is 15# FC too much for jerk bait fishing?
Not at all. Go for it.- overheat ?
I think your fine but I would stop running in the drive with muffs. Submerge it in a barrel of water if you must run it at home.- Bucket List
Keep working on that list until you can't. I'm wishing you the best.- Looking to expand jerkbaits

Welcome to BR.- The Elephant in the Room...Coronavirus!!!
Has anybody noticed that the elephant in the room just keeps getting bigger & bigger & bigger. People are thinking maybe one or two months inconvenience. Based on the time schedule occurring in China this could be an easy 6 months or longer to play out. That’s a scary realty of the situation. - 19 Daiwa certate lt or 19 Shimano vanquish
