  1. Nice catch with some good sticks.
  2. Sweet bass & pictures. And I'm loving that rod. Super sweet. Goose I think you are right about it being the same bass. Look closely at the sharp V shape on the gill plate. Visible on both posts.
  3. I forgot to add I am digging your livewell.
  4. Hope you have a good day. Tell Kit I am impressed.
  5. Good day indeed! Congrats on the home water PB.
  6. Sound good, Congrats on your achievement.
  7. Your whole answer never addressed your statement that live bait was unethical. That statement not only offends me but countless of other ethical fisherman. Sometimes it is best to just admitted you spoke in error.
  8. I disagree with your statement regarding ethics & live bait. If a man chooses to use life bait he is no more unethical or ethical than the man using artificials. Ethics has nothing to do with either.
  9. Goose is right. U1 is the smallest of the deep cycle marine batteries. Group 24 is the smallest size you usually see on the shelf.
  10. I was fishing a pond in south GA using a spinnerbait in the afternoon. I hooked a fish slow rolling the spinner on the bottom. When I got the fish up near the bank I saw my spinnerbait a foot away from my rod tip but no bass. I started backing up until I saw the fish & slid it up the bank. A friend had broken off a fish that morning on a jig & biffle bug. There was about 4-5 feet of loose braid that caught around the clevis that the blade was spinning on. The jig & bug were in the bass mouth hooked up solid. I was flabbergasted. I caught a 6lber without hooking her.
  11. #5 blue fox vibrax in firetiger color.

  13. Live leech under a slip bobber drifting or longggggg lined.
  14. Would You marry Again? - A husband and wife are sitting up in bed reading, When the wife looks over at him and starts a discussion.... WIFE: "What would you do if I died? Would you get married again?" HUSBAND: "Definitely not!" WIFE: "Why not - don't you like being married?" HUSBAND: "Of course I do.." WIFE: "Then why wouldn't you remarry? " HUSBAND:"Okay, okay, I'd get married again." WIFE: "You would?" (with a hurt look) HUSBAND: (Makes audible groan) WIFE: "Would you live in our house?" HUSBAND:"Sure, it's a great house.." WIFE: "Would you sleep with her in our bed?" HUSBAND:"Where else would we sleep?" WIFE: "Would you let her drive my car?" HUSBAND: "Probably, it's almost new." WIFE: "Would you replace my pictures with hers?" HUSBAND:"That would seem the proper thing to do." WIFE: "Would you give her my jewelry?" HUSBAND: "No, I'm sure she'd want her own." WIFE: "Would you take her golfing with you? HUSBAND: "Yes, those are always good times." WIFE: "Would she use my clubs? HUSBAND: "No, she's left-handed." WIFE: Silence.... HUSBAND: Oh sheet..." =
  15. He was a brilliant talent that often danced on the edge between light & dark.
  16. Sometimes the body will twist on the hook & impale itself. Just reposition it so the hooks are pointing up. I sometimes tweak the hooks by opening the gap just a little with a pair of pliers. I use the regular spro poppers not the baby popper.
  17. Walleye are not bass but they do taste better.
  18. Well you were holding it out so far in front of your body and the camera was so close and you were using a fish eye lens and I will always give you an inch before calling foul. Heck I might even give you a pound but not 2-4 lbs.
  19. . Looks legit to me. Besides why would I ever doubt you.
  20. The kid did it. Congrats to Rory.
