  1. . 23x22 could easily weigh 8.5 to 9.5 lbs
  2. Hope that is a padded floor. Could get ugly in a hurry when someone falls over.
  3. Daiwa samurai is very soft & supple. Its breaking strength is more similar to the actual line rating than most other braids. To solve the breaking issue just move up to a heavier rating.
  4. Look to the right you will see Rage Tail, a sponsor. Click on them & go to rigging. that should help you out. http://www.ragetail.com/news/rigging-info/
  5. Lynn should like that one.
  6. PB's are sweet. Congrats.
  7. A Farm Kid Joins the Marines Dear Ma and Pa, I am well. Hope you are. Tell Brother Walt and Brother Elmer the Marine Corps beats working for old man Minch by a mile. Tell them to join up quick before all of the places are filled. I was restless at first because you get to stay in bed till nearly 6 a.m. But I am getting so I like to sleep late.. Tell Walt and Elmer all you do before breakfast is smooth your cot, and shine some things. No hogs to slop, feed to pitch, mash to mix, wood to split, fire to lay. Practically nothing. Men got to shave but it is not so bad, there's warm water. Breakfast is strong on trimmings like fruit juice, cereal, eggs, bacon, etc., but kind of weak on chops, potatoes, ham, steak, fried eggplant, pie and other regular food, but tell Walt and Elmer you can always sit by the two city boys that live on coffee. Their food, plus yours, holds you until noon when you get fed again. It's no wonder these city boys can't walk much. We go on "route marches," which the platoon sergeant says are long walks to harden us. If he thinks so, it's not my place to tell him different. A "route march" is about as far as to our mailbox at home. Then the city guys get sore feet and we all ride back in trucks. The sergeant is like a school teacher. He nags a lot. The Captain is like the school board. Majors and colonels just ride around and frown. They don't bother you none. This next will kill Walt and Elmer with laughing. I keep getting medals for shooting. I don't know why. The bulls-eye is near as big as a chipmunk head and don't move, and it ain't shooting at you like the Higgett boys at home. All you got to do is lie there all comfortable and hit it. You don't even load your own cartridges They come in boxes. Then we have what they call hand-to-hand combat training. You get to wrestle with them city boys. I have to be real careful though, they break real easy. It ain't like fighting with that ole bull at home. I'm about the best they got in this except for that Tug Jordan from over in Silver Lake . I only beat him once... He joined up the same time as me, but I'm only 5'6" and 130 pounds and he's 6'8" and near 300 pounds dry. Be sure to tell Walt and Elmer to hurry and join before other fellers get onto this setup and come stampeding in.. Your loving daughter, Alice
  8. I have a 250 pro XS linked with a 9.9 pro kicker.
  9. It's about time that record was moved up for a Great Lakes smallie.
  10. WRB covered it. There are two types of suspending fish in my experience fishing for bass & walleye. Those fish that are on the hunt for forage and readily available to catch and very neutral fish that have already fed & really hard to catch. Often times those suspending fish do not show up on the conventional graph because they move off to the side as you move over them depending on water depth. As you go deeper they appear on the graph. I catch a lot of smallies behind the boat path that never show on the graph because they move away from the boat then back behind the boat after the boat goes past.
  11. Prespawn & again in the fall as water temps approach spring prespawn temperatures the suspending jerkbait rules. You can cover water depths from 6 fow to 30 fow based on water clarity.
  12. Sweet looking spot for frogs.
  13. WTG. You have been on a roll lately.
  14. So far nobody has the answer you want to hear even though you received several good suggestions. If you have had this problem since day one & you have said the reels are over a year old why look for a solution now?
  15. Good luck with that. I'm still waiting on my invite. Maybe we should just show up at his door unannounced & make it happen.
  16. Megabass will only warranty to the original purchaser for up to three years. You must show proof of purchase. I can't hel you with Dobyns. Loomis might cover you especially if you ever registered a rod with them.
  17. It would be a waste of money. Use one or the other.
  18. That may be Sam but Cleveland will never win the NBA championship without LeBron.
  19. Lebron liken the Miami experience to the college experience he never had. Said he learned a lot & did a lot of growing up down there. If Gilbert gives him the right tools he can make it happen.
  20. These guys are a lot of fun too.
  21. Congrats on the new PB. I would be planning another trip back to that water.
  22. Las Vegas as already set the line at 3 to 1 for the cavaliers winning it all next season. What do you think?
  23. I have been using that same stuff. Also use the Neutrogena sport face in SPF 70+ it's water resistant/sweat proof. I apply it once before going out and it last all day without reapplying. I hav e had two dermatologists recommend the Neutrrogena products for sun screen.
