Chris Peterson Headed For U W
He will be one of the highest paid coaches in the PAC12 (isn't the PAC 12 considered a "power conference" ?)

Chris Peterson Headed For U W
We if you don't beat em, join em. It will be interesting to see how it works out, BSU has seen many of there successful coaches struggle as they took over other program. I wish the best for him, he's a good man. Hope we can find another.

Glx 852 Vs. Dx702
The GLX BSR 852 has been a very good versatile rod for me I use it for soft plastics, light jigs, and t-rigs. 1/4 oz. is well in it's range though 3/8 is as far as I would normally go. I have enjoyed mine.

Tackle Shop Question
This has made me think "why don't I do more business with my local tackle shop?" First of all,I gave the guy a chance. I would go out of my way to support the guy even though his prices were higher. I bought my first Chronach from him. I came to find out that I couldn't trust him or the people he hired. The guy is more interested in reducing unwanted inventory then he is in setting you up with the right gear. I've caught him in many lies just to try to make a sale of stuff he had on hand. He once told me that BPS didn't make a longer cranking rod(when it was obvious they did.) oddly enough he had a shorter one on his rack. Bottom line I think we all want to do business with someone we like and can trust and even if his stuffs a little more we are willing to help him out, in exchange for honesty and customer service. If you decide to open a shop, keep that in mind.

What's Your Favorite Hollow Belly Frogs And Why?
I used Spro for many years. I change to Booyah's "Pad Crashers" My experience, they catch just as many bass, yet they are less money, last MUCH longer, and takes on less water.

Favorite Fishing Find Of The Year.
I think you will conclude that the "pad crasher" is a great find. My experience has them lasting longer, costing less and working just as well if not better than many of the other brands.

G Loomis Nrx Problem... Seen This???
I owe NRX and GLX rods. I would think that for $500 plus a pop you shouldn't have all the hassles I'm reading about. i.e. defective reel seat, splitting cork, and brittleness in the NRX line.

Line Watching?????
On a PB a few years ago, after over two hours without even a tap, I notice my hi- vis line moving ever so slowly back to the boat. I felt nothing, set the hook and nabbed a pb. Gotta watch the line.

Trick Worm Phenomenon
"Dead sticking" almost as fun as froggin !!!!! I've caught so many fish as I've been dead sticking unintentionally (been distracted or fixing equiptment) Caught them on Rat l trap, jigs, ikas, etc. I always felt a little cheap and dirty afterwards, had to go home and take a shower.
