Now Im Mad
You need to chose your words wisely, that may help improve your self esteem and allow more time for your studies. I take offense to this.

Now Im Mad
To study in college is not the same as the day to day grind of making a living, supporting your family along with your co-workers and their family. When you do get out in the real world and have these responsibilities of running a business then you may call good moral standards ignorant. I agree it is very difficult to understand your academic life when you are dealing with real life issues. College, workplace and life in general does have their own particular Rules of Engagement, we either follow or make a personal change. I can assure you at one point in your life your opinion will change by experience.

Now Im Mad
I agree 100% with you on this one Tom. Rules are rules and no one should expect an employer to pay you for anything other than doing your job. If a person has that expectation than it should be asked during the interview process but also expect an additional contribution to the unemployment rate. This post makes little sense. Tom's advice is advice that can be put to use in ever endeavor you seek in life.

Problems T Riggin
Seems odd that the percentage is so high but you do need to get down and stay down where the fish are. I use the lightest weight possible to make bottom contact and normally getting hung up in some weeds that are easy enough to pull free of. maybe lighten up on the weight some.

Roadtrip 2011
Well another Roadtrip is complete, 3rd one for me and as usual had a great time. We struggled with high winds most of the week and were able to put a bit of a pattern together to average 16 bass per day with 10 per day as keepers. The key for us was wind blown main lake points, not fun with wind gusts from 20-30 MPH on some days. Caught a variety of fish, Hybrid, Snagged Alligator Gar, Crappie on a Crankbait and of couse SMB and LMB. Most of the week a spinner bait bite was hot. On our last day I dedicated myself to a Keel Weighted Rage Tail Craw and it produced the largest bass of the week. Here are some photos for your viewing pleasure. If you ever have the opportunity to fish Kentucky Lake do not hesitate, it is a great fishery.

Hooksets With Crankbaits
To be perfectly honest I rarely set a hook hard on a crankbait bite. They tend to hook themselves if the bait is moving. When I set the hook it is to try and sink a second hook into the fish. What you really need is proper gear if you are losing fish. 1) Moderate action rod, power to suit conditions and weight of crankbait. 2) Mono Line, diameter to suit weight of bait and depth desired. 3) Sharp hooks. A Moderate Action Rod and the stretch that mono provides will keep a fish buttoned. I believe that the Bass a throwing the hooks due to using an Extra Fast Action you need more give to keep them buttoned. With this formula a graphite or fiberglass rod will work. Fiberglass would be much better but graphite will provide more sensivitity.

No light by hitting the goal post. They need to correct that. Good to see them made it anyway, almost did not. Series is not over yet.

48/2(9+3)
It has been quite sometime since I have been in school but based on the equation presented it would be 288 based on my experience. Is 2 New Age Math?

How Can I Get Better With Crankbaits?
Always be prepared and willing to lose a few. It you are not banging into or off of something you are not fishing a crankbait to it's fullest potential. That is about the best advice I can give.

We are getting close folks. I hope we all load the boat and are safe. A bit of reflection to keep you at peace. Fisherman's Prayer God grant that I may live to fish Until my dying day And when it comes to my last cast I then most humbly pray When in the Lord's safe landing net I'm peacefully asleep That in his mercy I be judged As good enough to keep. Now go get em!

First Bass From My First Boat
Good job, them Florida Bass sure do love a Fluke don't they? Amazing how being on the water in a boat changes the way a lake fishes.
