I have been having luck lately with a Booyah 3/8 oz jig head/ skirtless with a Craw Papi lately. Really not able to skip deep but fall rate seems about right. They have been hitting on the fall or just as it hit bottom.

These are sweet! I talked to the guy who owns that shop/invented them last weekend. Chuck Ditto is a guide on Lake Shelbyville, and if you ever want to go down there he knows his stuff about that lake! His parasite clips are really good too for keeping your plastics from riding up your line and getting damaged. That's how I found out about them, the bait shop is up the road from Lithia Springs. Chuck showed us the proptype of the standup jig that is on the market now, demo in the pool out back.. Also gave us a handfull of clips before they were on the market. Really interesting guy, put us on Bass on Shelbeyville.
