I'm home finally. What a great trip it was. CJ hung out all week (good dude, excellent fisherman) and pointed the group in the right directions. The food was awesome, the get-togethers and BS sessions were even better. I wish the weather had cooperated a little better the first few days....but I wasn't at work so I really cant complain. You guys that couldn't make it this year really need to do some planning early and try to make it next year. It was great to actually meet people in person that you only 'know' over the internet. Thanks to all who showed up and the sponsors who donated their products for the tackle packs and Cast for Kids raffle. Hopefully everyone else will post up soon.

I like these baits around docks with a small (1/8 oz) weight and a light wire hook. It drops slow and works well on suspended fish. I read an article somewhere that Ike rigged his Beast's up sideways. As in, when it hits the bottom, it's standing up sideways and looks like a small bluegill feeding along the bottom. I havent tried rigging it like that yet but I will one day.
