It can be done. I have changed some molds or added to them with Jb weld. What you will have to do is line up the hook in the correct spot then mark it and drill/cut out the aluminum. If you do it close enough you may not even have to go back with JB and correct the mistakes. Take your time and the results will be better.

I might be up for it if the fishing/weather is good. I wont stay out late but I might fish around the marina if the weather is good. If I do night fish it will be a last minute call.

I almost bought my wife a spinning combo. I decided to teach her both of them and let her figure out which one she likes the best. Good thing I did. She hates spinning rods and only wants a baitcaster.

I dont trim weedgaurds. Now if you have a weedgaurd you need to make less stiff I will remove some of the strands
