  1. I do, mostly at Lake St Clair in MI. Most of the time I drop shot them or shaky head them. They work very well for me.
  2. I was going to but I googled it. This was an important topic so I didnt want to mess up the count. I believe it will be Boulevard. Home brew?? Nice!
  3. I'm in. I never have been a wine drinker but its never too late. ;D btw a Soiree is just a meeting with wine basically.
  4. Those are sweet!!! I really like the look. I need to get the spinnerbaits finished up. I'll probably put the last coat of clear on them tonight. Glad I could help.
  5. Nice dink. ;D I'd love to catch a striper like that.
  6. what time is dinner?
  7. looking good!
  8. That depends on3 things. Your costs, how much you value your time, and how much time.
  9. This is a question that you just ask the customer what he wants, what action he is looking for, what his technique is. This also comes with experience of the builder. As a builder you must know what or how to interpret the customers requests. Building a specific lure for a specific person isnt a general build. Like JF said. This is custom in general. Not just fishing.
  10. no sure dont unless its a swivel on a c rig. No snaps.
  11. Jig, here is a side image. The blade isnt as big as it looks in the first.
  12. count me in.
  13. Well, Here is something a tad different then the normal posts. 1/2 ounce Black and Blue buzzbait. Cool. But the really neat part is the head. Its black and blue also.
  14. LOL, I did this just the other day trying to take the strip above the ziplock off. Big hole in the bag now.
  15. my brother did this awhile back and it ended up costing him a couple hundred more.
  16. I dont even know what bait won. LOL I know its a crank. I think. ;D Anyway, it is definitely amusing, but it does drive business. On Glenns senko comment. Has this lure really ever won a high profile tourney?
  17. very cool!!
  18. This is a very opinionated question. For me its also lake dependent. In a couple lakes I will throw about 1/2-3/4 big jigs in that. Most other lakes it will be 5/16 finesse or 3/8 widegap.
  19. I use mostly Mega strike for a plastic or lure already made. Or I have some lure craft that I mix in with my plastics. Stuff works good.
  20. bondo, plaster of paris, are two of the best. You will need to seal the POP with epoxy.
  21. what time is it at? Monday is the day I'll be heading home.
  22. I use to have a 1986 black max oil injection. The injection system went out so I replaced it with a fill in part from the local dealer and removed all the excess. From then on I had to mix the fuel. I would not double mix.
  23. What do you think? I like it.
  24. Thank you Sir. I'm ready to go. I wish it was time.
