Deep Cycle Batteries
Not sure if this is right place but here goes. I have used wet cell deep cycle batteries for my trolling motor for years with varying. I've done some research on AGm type and am leaning that way for my next battery. Have read some reviews and Optima seems to be the biggest seller but a 50/50 chance you can get a stinker. Cabelas house brand got good reviews on their site. Trojan seem great but not easy to find. Any thoughts or personal reviews on AGM type?

Favorite Chatterbait Brand?
Rad lures is good but poorly made. Boogie bait is junk. It comes apart at the head. Best made by far is Pure Poison. All have same action but compare the 3 and you will pick the Pure Poison and not look back.

Musky sized spinnerbaits for Largemouth?
I still have a few of the original Roland Martin Big Bass spinnerbaits by Blue Fox and they do catch big bass, smaller ones too. I have caught some hawgs throwing an M&G tandem for musky.
-
Jig Trailers?
I would go to heavier test mono and use a ChiggerCraw.

Crank baits.
X2 I might try one of my remaining Bagley DB3's but only if I knew I could get it back if snagged.

which would you use
My ice fishing jig box!

Soft Swimbaits
Bass Magic, or Strike King Shadalicious, which is the exact same bait. Caught many large bass and a few bonus pike and musky. 4.5" works great up here in northern Ill., southern Wisc. Try this. I just ordered several packs. http://www.***.com/catpage-6THDAY.html P.S. Don't like the Berkley either. $$$$ And always boil bait for a few seconds. Softens them up and gets rid of the smell.

Is "Sexy Shad" really that good?
Timmy Horton has won a ton of $$$ on Fat Free Shads in Citrus, which is pretty close to Sexy Shad. KVD even used this same bait on Kentuky lake to push him over the top. Hype? probably. Good color? Definitely!

What woud you get with $60 - $100
I'd get a good quality reel on sale. Hopefully you already have a few good rods. I think you can get a BPS extreme combo for $100.00 on sale.
- 2 armed spinnerbait...ID anyone??

buzzbait retrival?
I love to fish them at night just slow enough to keep the blade(s) turning. During the day fast or slow depending on conditions or mood of fish.

jig/trailors
X2 When did pork become obsolete? Plastic is easier and can have more action but IMO Bass tend to hang on to pork longer. Experiment with both.

What a freaking joke.
Hmmm Black. 10". You guys are sick.

Favorite topwater pattern
I tend to stay with natural colors like shad, perch etc. Most if the water I fish is Gin clear.

Discontinued Lures
I have maybe 40 GatorTails in this color. I superglue and weld them until there is absolutely no way to use them anymore. I do this with my swimbaits and senkos as well. Also, when senko is beyond repair for t-rigging, it can still be used wacky style. Don't laugh! (unless your baits are supplied by a sponsor)

Swimbait?
25 lb. flouro double unied to power pro braid will keep most pike/musky from stealing your expensive baits. Works for me.

Help need to find special shakey head- just read this

Early Christmas Tackle
Can you tell your uncle to send me the same?

Discontinued Lures
I still have some of these. Also some Gillrakers, Mannipulators, and Gator Tails. I tend to buy out the store when I hit on something that works. I'll cry when they are gone :'(

Discontinued Lures
I thought this might be interesting and bring back some memories. Which bait or lure that is no longer made would you like to see back in production. I would give anything for some 1/4 oz. Strike King Timberspins.

early summer baits
Agree with RW. One problem- Keep the Slug-Go quiet! I thought I was the only one still fishing it.

Tips for using flukes?
I prefer Strike Kings Z-Too because they float and last forever. 10-15 lb. mono on spinning gear for casting distance. Xcellent bait for heavy cover or for throwing to schoolies. Skips well under docks also. Control sink rate with hook. I use 4/0 EWG and fish on top most of the time.

Tackle Bag v.s Tackle Box
I use a bag. It holds 5 3700's, 2 3600's and all the assorted other junk I need including 20 bags of plastics. Only drawback is it says Bill Dance on it.

Musty Smell
Just put some of your favorite scent on them as you use them. I'm hooked on Chompers Garlic. Don't get any on your clothes or your wife/girlfriend will think you were cheating on her at an Italian restaurant.
