  1. Uni to Uni is only way to go.
  2. Ebay is a waste of time. Just send them all to me The only thing I would call an allegiance is to BPS extreme rods. Great performance and value when you grt them on sale.
  3. I can't remember who makes it but I have several ZZ-Top baits that cast a mile, walk with ease and have an internal vibrator-get your minds out of the gutter- it must be a spring and a weight arrangement. Slightly smaller than a spook. I think it might be made by Norman. Spittin' Image pretty good too.
  4. X2. Also, try trimming a little from the legs, one at a time. This can help. Cut a small amount at a time off.

In clear water, try to stay close to the jig color. At times though you might want to change to color such as pumpkin w/chartreuse tip tail to change up or if bite slows.
  6. X2 You can buy glue that is labeled just for fishing but it is the same stuff with less viscosity. Super glue by loctite or devcom comes in many thicknesses from watery to gel. I get mine from Industrial stores like J&L, Grainger, McMaster Carr etc. 1/2 the price.
  7. Use it anywhere and everywhere. Floater for shallow or waking, Slowsink for shallow to midrange, Sinker for 6-8 feet or more. Check out video at ***.com

I think so, too. Took me forever to get that color. It was on back-order at Tackle Warehouse for months. When it sinks, it rests on it's hooks, too. At least in a fishtank it does. I hope you don't have any bass in your tank. They'll probably nail that bait when you test it! ;D

    Looks Awsome!
  10. I still have a few. There are better ones out there.

I have a couple of Slammer musky baits. Which slammer did you get and from where?
  12. Zero is a great bait but I have noticed, and I don't think I'm alone, that after a while they start to float. You can catch several fish on one bait though and that's great when you are into them and dont want to re-rig on every cast.

Anyone use both and have a favorite? 4" size.
  14. I wasn't aware there was a 1 ounce weight in this bait. It only weighs 5/8 oz. Did you add weight? I sometimes add BB's for weight and a little noise and you can seal the hole with RTV silicone or superglue in gel form.

I'm also hooked on Bobby's Perfect Frog. Been using Boze Sumo alot lately though.
  16. I'd be more than willing to test out a couple myself! Hint Hint ;D
  17. Scrub looks great! Where did you find them? I think Poor Boys make something similar and are hand pours. I've had pretty good luck with the Chigger Craw.

Looks like a modern Flatfish or Lazy Ike. Worth a try.
  19. Hydro-tail is a great worm. If you can find their lizard which I think is called the Mud Dog, it is a full bodied lure wth great tail action as well. I don't know if above 2 are still made. Slug-Go still one of my favorites.

Just got TW order with 2 SPRO BBZ-1 baits. Can't wait to try. Just noticed Tru-Tungsten Tru-Life baits. Look great also. Anyone use these yet? Any comparisons between the two?
  22. 5" Senko
  23. Natural colored fluke or Z-Too fished quickly on 8lb. flouro.
  24. Bought a bag of 8 and they didn't last the morning. Caught about 20 fish. Double edged sword-catch fish but don't last too long. Being the cheapo I am, I bite the first 1/4" off and re-rig if possible. Better value than Senko though and works just as good if not better. Need more colors.
